Why Parkside

  • Facilities & Amenities - The association has one of the largest pools in Alexandria and a clubhouse community building which includes a state of the art work out facility with locker rooms with showers and a 2000 square foot great room that can be rented and entertains up to 60 people.   • Financial Management – Parkside has an outstanding financial record, with condo assessment increases of less than 1% per year over the last several years, while continuing to make facility and grounds improvements and maintaining over $1M in reserves.  Collections are at an all-time low, and no special assessments (lump sum payments by owners) have ever been required in the history of the Association.   While reinvesting in the property, Parkside’s reserves for updates continue to grow.
  • Board of Directors – An experienced Board of Directors focused on both the current needs of the community as well strategic planning for the future has helped ensure that the community stays on a path of excellence.  Opportunities to get involved in community governance as well as helping to mold Parkside’s presence as part of the Alexandria City community are also available and welcomed by the board.
