Parkside at Alexandria Condominium Association consists of 378 residential housing units located on twenty-two acres of wooded or landscaped real estate located in the upper West End of the City of Alexandria. Through sound decision making, our active Board of Directors along with our management team consistently look for ways to add value to our association. Parkside at Alexandria Condominium Association was converted from Jamestown Village Apartments in 2005. 

 

We are a pet friendly Association that promotes our community through social engagements, such as various social activities for our resident and community outreach programs such as our Annual Alive Food Drive and Holiday Adopt a Family and more.
